1. the clinton photo appears to be doctored
2. there is a photo of bush just moments before showing him with the lens cap on (he figured it out and took them off)
3. further research would reveal that Reagan also initially tried to look through them at the same DMZ spot with the caps on as well

fair enough. i fully endorse any truth that is as hard-hitting as that. if digital photographs posted on the internet can't be trusted to dish out the straight truth, then i don't know what can.
