Medgar Evers Corn Pudding

A richly amazing side dish named after one of my personal heroes. Tell your children who he was before serving this magnificent corn pudding.
Medgar Evers Corn Pudding
5 large eggs
2 cups frozen corn - thawed
and drained on paper towels
1 can creamed corn
1 1/4 cups whole milk
1 1/4 cups whipping cream
1/3 cup flour
1 tblsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
375 degrees preheated oven, center rack. Whisk eggs in large bowl, add remaining ingredients and whisk til blended. Pur into buttered 8 by 8 dish. Bake until golden brown, about i hour and ten minutes.
