WELL... THAT MAKES ME FEEL BETTER ABOUT THE REPUBLICANS

Senate Republicans Announce Spring Agenda
“Kitchen Table Priorities” to take center stage
MADISON – Senate Republicans unveiled their legislative spring agenda today saying they’ll reflect what folks are talking about around their kitchen table.
“Taxes and spending, health care, energy and jobs are what we hear families talking about as we travel the state,” said Senate Majority Leader Dale Schultz (R-Richland Center). “With the remaining months of the 2005-06 legislative session we plan to build on the successes of our fall agenda by focusing on issues that working families gather around their kitchen tables to discuss.”

Seriously though, keep it up and don't let "the man" find out who you are and put an end to your blog... it's nice to have opposition that isn't a cookie-cutter talking point. If only that was how it really worked.

So!
Does this mean Sergeant Schultz will stop voting for special-interest legislation and ACTUALLY reduce regulatory and tax burdens?
Or does it mean that he now expects a place at every Kitchen table to be set for himself and his lobbying buddies?
